Since 2024, Puzzled Piece has been dedicated to transforming lives by providing workforce development, mentorship, and wraparound services to autistic children, foster care youth, veterans, justice-involved individuals, and underserved adults. Antoinette Mays, Education Consultant – 9 years as an educator, principal, and curriculum creator, specializing in engaging, accessible learning. Antoinette oversees the AWNP and implementation of Puzzled Piece’s workforce development and mentorship programs, ensuring participants receive the support they need.

Jada Ward, Head of Operaions – 10 years in operations across multiple service areas, including special needs childcare, ensuring our programs run safely and smoothly. Jada manages Puzzled Piece’s WFASP program, recruiting and training individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their community.
